Iraqi singer Shatha Hassoun has denied circulating rumors that she and Iraqi singer Majed Al Muhandis are planning to get married, however, the two are preparing to record a new duet together.
Shatha said that she and Majed only have a relationship based on friendship and mutual respect.
According to the internet website MBC.net, Shatha has finally signed a contract with a Saudi production company that will release her upcoming album, featuring twelve songs performed in different Arabic dialects. Shatha previously worked with several production companies and even financed the production of a few of her own songs.
