Egyptian singer Shireen Abd Al Wahab has decided to make a strong comeback to the scenes after an absence that lasted almost an entire year. The singer’s absence was due to her getting pregnant for a second time and giving birth.
Shireen had stated that she wanted to spend the first few months of her second daughter’s life by her side and therefore turned down all offers to hold live performances during the summer and during the holy month of Ramadan.
Currently the singer is extremely busy with choosing songs for her upcoming album. Shireen will also be filming a music video for the song “Ma Ta’tathirsh” (Don’t Apologize) with Lebanese director Laila Kan’an. Location for filming the clip has not yet been decided on.
