University of Dubai organizes its 2nd annual Job Fair

The University of Dubai (UD), a prestigious university in the UAE established by Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will hold its second annual  Job Fair on Tuesday, March 15^th  from 11.00 AM to 7.00 PM at the UD campus in Al Masaood building.

Dr. Omar Hefni, President of the University, said: “We are pleased to announce that we are holding our second Job Fair. The university will host nineteen companies coming from the government, banking, consulting, hospitality, IT, oil and gas, and retail industry. Students and alumni of the university seeking full-time and part-time positions are encouraged to meet and interact with prospective employers. The job fair last year resulted in students being hired by participating companies after they have graduated from the university. I am optimistic that we will have the same results this year.”

The Job Fair, organized by the Internship and Career Development Center at UD will be attended by representatives of the city’s leading and well-known companies such as Deloitte, Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, Dubai Airport and Free Zone Authority, Dubai Professional Trading Group, Emirates NBD, ENOC, FedEx, General Motors, IBM, Jumeirah Group, Kobaltt Recruitment Solutions, MAF Hypermarkets Carrefour, Mashreq Bank, Microsoft, National Bonds Corporation, NewBoy, Tecom Investments, Total and  Unilever.
