SPHERE, the Dubai-based property solutions company, has announced the launch of ‘The 200K Global Property Show’. The event, which will take place in November, will host agents and developers from Dubai, New Zealand, UK, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Australia and Spain as well as other countries, all offering properties for sale at a value not exceeding £200, 000 (AED 1.3 million).
“Following the success of SPHERE’s first show, a lot of positive feedback was received from exhibitors and potential exhibitors which has led to the launch of this new initiative,” said Deirdre McCarthy-Betzold, Partner, SPHERE. “It was clear that by offering a show with a clear, focused proposition we were able to provide both exhibitor and visitor with the perfect forum to do business. The 200K Global Property Show has already attracted significant interest from agents and developers in Dubai, Croatia, Bulgaria, France, Spain, Poland, Cyprus, New Zealand, Australia and the UK. ”
In addition to international agents and developers SPHERE is also inviting local and regional companies that are selling properties within the £200K range to attend. Experts will also be on hand to provide financing and mortgage advice.

The 200K Global Property Show will take place on 11th & 12th November, 2005 at Dubai’s Crowne Plaza Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road. The Show will be open from 11 am to 8pm each day.
