According to Al-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper, the Dar Al-Tayyar Real Estate Investment Group has recently put its "Tech Land" project on public offering. The land is situated in southeastern Riyadh between the exits number 17 and 18. The total area of this land stands at 850,000 square meters.
The land is allocated for establishing show galleries, trade centers and high technology complexes. The Chairman of the Board of Dar Al-Tayyar Company, Mr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Tayyar, said that the subscription starts with SR 10,000 per stock while each stock includes a 17.63 square meter area.
