Abdali Investment and Development Psc. is participating in grandeur this year at the region’s foremost international property investment and development event, Cityscape 06, which will take place at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre during the period of December 4 to 6, 2006.
At Cityscape, Abdali Psc. will be displaying its one of a kind urban regeneration project alongside major investors in Abdali, from different Arab countries. Comprising an area of 350,000m2 of prime land and of an investment surpassing 1.5 Billion USD, the Abdali development area is the largest contiguous, single-owned, vacant plot in the centre of Amman. With the state-of-the-art infrastructure and underground works completed, the Abdali project is now ready to rise up from the ground. The Abdali project will definitely turn Amman into a thriving city both commercially and financially.

A three-day industry showpiece, Cityscape will cover over 25,000 square meters hosting more than 350 exhibitors from 85 different countries. In all over 23,000 visitors are expected at Cityscape 2006, representing the region’s prominent investors, lenders, owners, and developers, not to mention industry experts in the fields of architecture and design.
