The General Pensions and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) and the Emirates Real Estate Corporation (EREC) have inked an agreement with Al Darweesh Contracting Company, to implement the second stage of the GPSSA building in Abu Dhabi. The cost of the project is put at DH26.5 million which will be completed by April 2006.
According to Khaleej Times, the GPSSA building will be established in the airport road within the governmental institutions compound in Abu Dhabi on an approximate land area of 3.296 square metre, and an approximate construction area of 6.900 square metre, will include 8 floors of a 35 metre height.
