A decree regulating the relationship between tenants and landlords was issued Sunday by Shaikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman. According to WAM, decree No. 6 for 2005 was issued to cope with the rapid growth of real estate investment in the emirate.
The decree states that no real estate can be rented for residential, commercial or industrial purposes unless a three-copy contract is signed in this respect by the landlord and the tenant.
