Ajman: Rent disputes resolved

Ajman Municipality's Rent Dispute Committee has recently reviewed and resolved 23 disputes between owners and tenants. Speaking to Khaleej Times, Hamad Al Sanad, Administration Director of Ajman Municipality, said all the disputes were resolved in accordance with the law included in the decree which stated that an owner of a real estate is not allowed to increase the rent by more than 20 per cent at the end of the agreement.
