Green Works LLC will invest Dh2.4 billion to build one of the key attractions of the Eco-Tourism World at the 3 billion square Dubailand, company officials said.
According to Gulf News, Green Works will be building a project called Al Barari, which will be the first eco-friendly sustainable mixed-use development of its kind in the Middle East, a company release indicated.
Extending over 14.6 million square feet, Al Barari will be an oasis. It will feature 16 lush green segments, boasting most types of flora from all over the world, company officials said. One of the attractions - Al Aman - will be a six-star, 120-suite, deluxe boutique hotel hidden in the midst of green gardens and azure lakes.
