ALBAWABA - As the Turkish series "Uzak Şehir" [Distant City] is closer to the finale episode of its current season, an actor is expected to depart the show, according to reports released by famous Turkish journalist Birsen Altuntaş.
Journalist Birsen said that the season finale date of the series "Uzak Şehir" was a subject of much speculation. It has been revealed that the series, which aired its 60th episode last Monday, will conclude its second season with its 63rd episode within three weeks.
Earlier star Burç Kümbetlioğlu announced that he will not be joining the third season of the series. Kümbetlioğlu plays the character Boran in Kanal D's Uzak Şehir series, produced by AyNa Yapım.
Character Boran joined the series in episode 30, and it won't be renewed for a new season.
Şahin Albora to leave "Uzak Şehir":
The actor who plays Şahin Albora in "Uzak Şehir" is also departing the series.
Unless there are further changes, Alper Çankaya will be leaving the cast of his own accord.
It is rumored that other departures will be announced during or after the final week, according to Birsen Altuntaş.
