The first phase of Al Raha Gardens by Abu Dhabi-based Aldar Properties went on sale Tuesday. A total of 363 townhouses and villas costing between $380,000 and $817,000 were offered to UAE nationals only. Abu Dhabi laws ban land trading by foreign nationals.
Al Raha Gardens, by Abu Dhabi-based property company Aldar, is situated within Al Raha City, a mixed-use development that will accomodate 120,000 people situated on the coast between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
