ALDAR Properties PJSC, Abu Dhabi’s first and leading integrated property developer has announced that it has completed the land reclamation, ground improvement and development of the diaphragm sea walls on its Al Bandar and Al Muneera projects. The foundations of these projects are already well under construction. ALDAR will be showcasing these extensive projects at this year’s Cityscape Dubai taking place at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre from October 16 to October 18.
The two projects on Al Raha Beach are also on schedule for several other construction milestones. The work on the supporting infrastructure for Al Bandar and Al Muneera are also set to reach their target dates for completion. The canal bridge crossings, and the highway interchanges are all progressing steadily and are set to achieve the prescribed completion date. In addition the boulevard and access roads are also attaining incremental target dates. With the subcontractors for utilities nearly finalised, the contracts and schedule will be complete by the end of 2007.
