Aldar Properties has unveiled plans to develop a Dh1 billion waterfront resort and residential complex on the western edge of Abu Dhabi island. The Al Gurm Resort will feature a premier 161-room international luxury hotel and 59 private homes. Initially, just UAE citizens will be able to purchase the homes.
