Altitude Software, a global technology leader of contact centre solutions for Unified Customer Interaction™ (uCI), Tuesday announced that it has reached an agreement with Technology Partnering Group AS (TPG-NET) for the distribution, implementation, and support of the Altitude uCI contact centre software solution to the Turkish market.

TPG-NET is a leading single source provider of IT and Business Management Platform solutions to businesses, government and educational institutions in Turkey.

Commenting on this new agreement, Turgut Abacioglu, managing director and member of the board of TPG-NET, said: "We are very excited about the tremendous opportunity of partnering with the leading European contact centre solutions vendor. The Altitude uCI solution is an excellent fit to the Turkish market requirements, providing a lower total cost of ownership, as well as the ability to continuously improve customer service and reduce organisations’ operational costs."

Turkey is particularly a strong candidate for offshore contact centre outsourcing because of its proximity to EMEA markets, the low operating costs, and the availability of a highly educated English/German speaking workforce. “There are strong market opportunities in Turkey to deliver easy-to-use, reliable customer interaction management solutions,“ said Maximino Gouveia, Altitude Software executive vice president EMEA Operations. “Developing relationships with leading partners in fast-growing markets is a key strategy to expanding our business. The combined solutions and services from TPG-NET and Altitude Software will empower organisations in Turkey to serve their customers with greater consistency and efficiency." (menareport.com)
