Aramex records 20 percent revenue increase in 3Q 2002

Aramex International recorded a 20 percent increase in revenues in the third quarter of 2002, reaching $34.8 million against last year's figure of $29 million for the same period.  

 

Meanwhile, net income increased by approximately 50 percent to $1.5 million for the third quarter 2002 compared with one million dollars for the same period last year. 

 

Reviewing the company's financial results for the first nine months of this year against those for 2001, revenue increased approximately 15 percent to $98 million from $85.4 million in the same period of 2001, while net income grew by approximately 23 percent to four million dollars from $3.2 million.
