Armani deal boosts Emaar shares

Emaar shares were up Wednesday in the local stock exchange after the company  said in a statement it would invest Dh3.68 billion in building at least seven luxury hotels and three vacation resorts within the next 10 years in partnership with the Armani fashion group.

 

The news boosted Emaar's shares by 1.51 per cent to Dh26.90. Mortgage associate Amlak Finance also gained 1.07 per cent to Dh7.53, Gulf News reported.
