The official launch of the Australian Business Group was announced in Abu Dhabi Tuesday.
The Director General of Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mohammed Omar Abdullah, emphasised the importance of the role played by the business councils in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to enhance economic relations and investment cooperation between their countries and the UAE, <i>WAM</i> news agency reported.
Addressing a press conference held at the Chamber premises to announce the launching of the Australian Business Group, Abdullah said that the launching of a business group for Australian companies and establishments operating in Abu Dhabi comes in the context of the efforts made by Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry to enhance cooperation between businessmen and companies involved in trade and industry in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and Australia, according to a statement today from ADCCI.
