More than BD800 million will be directed for infrastructure projects in the new Bahraini government budget. According to GDN, a budget of BD180m has been allocated to housing projects, but attempts are being made to add an extra BD8m.
They will be directed for construction of housing units, renovation of dilapidated houses, in addition to land-levelling, reclamation works and land possession.
