Bahrain's emir, Sheikh Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, has held talks with King Mohammad VI of Morocco on ways of boosting bilateral cooperation, newspapers reported Monday, February 26.
King Mohammad VI, stopping off in Manama en route to New Delhi, his first trip to an Asian country, and Sheikh Hamad also discussed developments in the Gulf and in the Arab world, papers said.
The Moroccan monarch is accompanied on the visit by Foreign Minister Mohammad Benaissa and Finance Minister Fathallah Oualalou. — (AFP, Manama)
