A property company has signed a $14 million deal to be the sales and marketing agent for a luxury residential development in the Seef district, Bahrain. According to the GDN, Century 21 Bahrain Properties will promote the Grand Real Estate Projects development the Avare.
Set for completion later this year, the Avare will include 89 apartments, including one and two bedrooms and a single penthouse.
