The Bahraini Ambassador to Syria, Waheed Mubarak, stated that the value of exchanges between Syria and Bahrain grew from 4.8 million Bahraini Dinars ($12.7 million) in 1999 to five million Bahraini Dinars ($13 million) in 2000, reported Al-Watan .
