Bayt.com has just been awarded one of the top 10 companies to work for in Asia by the Great Place to Work® institute. The award is a prestigious one and goes only to companies that do the impossible to make sure their employees are happy and engaged at work.
This is not the first award for Bayt.com when it comes to being recognized as a workplace where employees are happy. In fact, Bayt.com had previously been awarded the Great Place to Work in the UAE award 4 years in a row – in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
