According to Assafir newspaper, the Financial Funds Advisors International Company (FFA) and the Houric Development Company are launching a new real estate project in central Beirut by $60 million investments. The 11-floor building, which has a total area of 10,700 square meters, consists of 9 residential floors and two commercial floors. The per apartment area ranges between 400-900 square meters.
