Bid to establish 150 health centers in Baghdad

According to <i>Al-Ahali</i> newspaper, the Iraqi Ministry of Health announced that it is willing to establish 150 health centers in Baghdad and the rest of the provinces by the end of the current year. Mr. Osama Abdul-Aziz, Director of Ministry, said that the ministry will consider the population intensity in the different provinces while building these centers. Thus, the new centers will be built based on the local population's needs for medical and health services. The director added that the ministry had completed the necessary administrative procedures to start this project.
