Over 70 per cent of villas on offer in the Durrat Al Bahrain's second phase expansion have been sold to Gulf clients. According to the GDN, out of 800 villas to be built, 650 have been sold, said Durrat Al Bahrain chief executive officer, Jassim Al Jowder.
Reclamation work for seven islands has also been completed, he told the GDN.
