The only mortgage financer for the property project Riffa Views will be Bahrain Islamic Bank (BIsB), the GDN has reported. BIsB will finance all customers through its latest home finance product Ijara Muntahia Betamleek, which provides customers with mortgage finance for an amount of up to BD200,000 with a repayment period extending up to 20 years.
