A Yemeni oil source reported that the British Dove Energy Company will begin extracting oil from a new field in the Yemeni Hadramout area on March 20, reported Al-Hayat. The capacity of the field stands at 8,000 barrels per day (bpd), which will increase the British company’s oil production in Yemen to 21,000 bpd. The company intends to dig another three oil wells in Yemen, which will further increase the company’s oil output to 3,5000 bpd. — (menareport.com)
