BUPA Healthcare's annual internal survey yielded the best scores that the company has ever recorded, with marked improvement in nine out of the ten factors measured.
BUPA Middle East employees participated in the survey which netted 17,000 questionnaires from BUPA employees world-wide that were sent adding to the record response rate, of 67 percent returned applications. Questions answered ranged from job satisfaction and management performance, to ‘handling change' and ' helping to develop careers'.
BUPA Middle East, which operates through ASAS Healthcare, a Nazer Group subsidiary, is part of BUPA UK, Britain’s largest private health insurance company serving 4.5 million members world wide through an extensive network of 1500 hospitals.
