A real estate index, transparent information, joint ventures and partnerships in the Arab World between the private and public sector are vital, according to experts who attended the real estate workshop on 'The boom that built the bubble?' at the Young Arab Leaders Forum in Dubai.
Urban planning is now necessary in all parts of the Arab World with traffic models that fit into the requirements and low income housing, the experts said, according to Khaleej Times. The seminar was conducted by Adel Al Shirawi, Chief Executive Officer, of Tamweel, UAE and Ali Kolaghassi, Chief Executive of Saraya, Saudi Arabia.
