The UK-based hotel operator Chelsea Group is investing Dh100 million in two properties in Dubai under the Chelsea name, a top company official was quoted as saying by Gulf News.
Chelsea Hotel, a four-star business hotel featuring 99 guest rooms including 18 executive rooms and 12 suites, will open on April 1, and the 49-storey Chelsea Tower, located on Shaikh Zayed Road, will also open in April. It will have 281 apartments, all with en-suite bathrooms, cable TV, daily housekeeping and 24 hour security.
