Computer Associates Middle East (CA-ME), an Information Technology (IT) solutions provider for enterprises, is a headline sponsor at Infostart’s Accelerated Software Development and Requirement management seminar, scheduled to take place in Abu Dhabi today. The event is being held under the guidance and patronage of the General Information Authority.

The seminar will provide an opportunity to learn firsthand about CA-ME’s information management solutions for eBusiness. The presentation will demonstrate how organizations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) can identify new market opportunities and support marketing programs, enabling them to learn more about their suppliers, distributors, customers, and partners.

“Businesses in the Middle East are increasingly interested in developing competitive advantage by better utilizing institutional knowledge. The delivery of the right information to the right people at the right time enables companies to react more rapidly to new revenue opportunities, and Computer Associates’ technology is the means for that information delivery,” commented AbdulAziz Al-Salloum, managing director, CA-ME.

CA-ME employs more than 50 persons across the region and maintains offices in Bahrain; Kuwait; Lebanon; Khobar, Jeddah, and Riyadh (regional headquarters), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; as well as Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the UAE.

Computer Associates International addresses the e-business process management, information management and infrastructure management in six focus areas: enterprise management, security, storage, application life cycle management, portals and business intelligence, and data management and application development. Founded in 1976, CA serves organizations in more than 100 countries, including 99 percent of the Fortune 500 companies. — (
