Cypriot company Lanitis Development will present the Mediterranean island's first ever fully integrated golf, leisure and real estate development, Aphrodite Hills, at the Emirates Golf Club on December 10.

Focusing initially on Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Bahrain, Lanitis is hoping to lure interest from both GCC nationals and expatriates, mainly the British community.

Developed and managed by Lanitis Development Ltd over a 578-acres, Aphrodite Hills is the first ever golf, leisure and real estate development in Cyprus. The £150 million Aphrodite Hills became fully operational in March 2005 and features a new five star deluxe, InterContinental hotel with 290 rooms and suites plus a presidential suite with a private pool. Among its services, the hotel also features extensive business and conferencing facilities.
