According to Al-Yaum newspaper, the Ministry of Justice in Dammam reported that 144 real estate deals were signed in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia last week. Though this figure translates into a 14% withdrawal in terms of the deals number, it translates into a 20% rise in terms of the deals value.
The value of the signed real estate deals in the province amounted to SR 57 million last week. These deals covered a total area of 92,726 square meters, a 10% rise compared with the previous week.
