Deyaar, a property developer in the UAE, has announced its participation at the first Dubai Property Show in London, to be held at Novotel West London from January 21 and 22, 2006. Deyaar will have a significant presence at the show, and will showcase some of its prestigious projects to investors from the United Kingdom.

Deyaar projects to be featured at the property show include the Business Bay-based premium corporate tower "The Citadel" and unique state-of the art Churchill Towers as well as Al Seef Towers II and III, luxury residential skyscrapers located in the heart of the Jumeirah Lake Towers development. Deyaar will also showcase the Madison Residency, an elegant 24-storey tower,
strategically located in the Dubai Media City. The Dubai Property Show is the first large-scale Dubai-exclusive property show to be held in London, drawing participation from about 40 Dubai-based property developers and agents. The show seeks to provide a platform for prominent property developers in Dubai to reach UK-based buyers, who constitute the top overseas investors in the Dubai real estate market.

"A high-profile show like this will serve to create more awareness about Dubai's thriving property market," said Zack Shahin, CEO of Deyaar. "For Deyaar, the show presents an opportunity to target UK-based investors, and at the same time reach out to a new set of investors looking to diversify their investment portfolio. Deyaar will showcase its high-end properties during the Dubai Property Show."

"The explosive growth of Dubai's real estate market has drawn interest from investors around the world, with investors from the UK topping the list. Dubai Property Show provides a much-needed platform to exploit this opportunity further, and allows Deyaar to vigorously pursue its marketing strategy and attract more overseas investment in our various projects," Shahin added.

The Dubai property Show is organized by DSL Exhibitions, and supported by Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) and the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), who will make presentations highlighting the lifestyle and business opportunities in Dubai.

Deyaar was launched in 2002 as a 100 per cent subsidiary of Dubai Islamic Bank. The Dubai-headquartered Deyaar, which has a capital base of AED 500 million, is one of the most successful real estate companies in the UAE.
