The Fortune Group recently unveiled its third project in Dubai’s Business Bay, the Dh136 million Crystal Tower.
The new 19 storey commercial tower will offer 300,000 square feet of office space with dedicated retail and recreational areas according to Khaleej Times.
"The launch of Crystal Tower endorses our belief in the strong earnings and investment potential of commercial office space in Dubai,” said Syed Mohammad Ali, CEO of Fortune Group.
“The project comes at a time when the demand for commercial space is continuing to increase exponentially with unprecedented growth in the regional business and economy," he added.
Work on Crystal Tower has already begun at the project site with the ground breaking ceremony held earlier this week.
