Al Aryam Tower, a new Dh400 million real estate development, was recently unveiled in Abu Dhabi by investment firm International Capital Trading (ICT).
Located at Al Mina Street, the 37-story, 150 meter tower will be constructed on an area of 21,575 square feet, according to Khaleej Times. The tower will provide 330 residential units in addition to commercial units and a four-level underground parking and a health club.
Abu Dhabi-based ICT is reportedly planning several new developments subsequent to the opening of the renowned Al Raha Beach Resort, which has become a tourist destination in Abu Dhabi.
The firm has employed E.C. Harris International to supervise the construction phase of Al Aryam.
