Dubai Investments PJSC intends to build a low-budget housing project in Dubai at the cost of Dh500 million for the phase one, while the phase two of the project will involve even more investment. According to Khaleej Times, it will also develop phase two of the Green Community project at the cost of Dh1 billion, according to a senior company official.
