Dubai: Land deals

The total value of land transactions in Dubai yesterday peaked at Dhs54.83  million, of which sales exceeded Dhs25 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs29.87 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 4 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the day, the most valuable of which was a plot in Al Goze Industrial Fourth that was sold for Dhs8.85 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Emirates Hills Second acquired for the sum of Dhs7.1 million and another in Al Raffa for Dhs6.372 million

 

During  the period, Al Goze Industrial Fourth recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs8.85 million, followed by the Emirates Hills Second area, Dhs7.1 million, and Al Raffa area, Dhs6.37 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 39479.97 sq ft in the Emirates Hills Second area, which went for Dhs7.1 million. A 30000 sq ft plot in the Al Goze Industrial Fourth Area was acquired for Dhs8.85 million, while 10620 sq ft of Al Raffa was disposed of for Dhs6.37 million

 

During the period under review 3 mortgages worth Dhs27.37 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs21.58 million for an area at Emirates Hills Second. There was another for Dhs2.97 million on an area in Mirdif and a further sum of Dhs2.82 million registered on an area of land sold in Hor Al Anz.
