The value of land transactions registered on Jun. 7 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 41 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 7 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 29 million paid for a 21900 sq feet area in Al Karama. An amount of Dhs 2.66304 million, for a 4672 sq feet area of land in Port Saeed, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 2.4541 million paid for a 2134 sq feet area in the Al Mararr district.
