The value of land transactions registered Monday in Dubai reached a total of Dh 198 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 13 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dh 67.9 million paid for a 10000 sq feet area in Sheikh Zayed Road.An amount of Dh 44.688 million, for a 159600 sq feet area of land in Um Suqaim Second, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 29.6967 million paid for a 35996 sq feet area in the Al Barsha First district.
