The value of land transactions registered on 28-05-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 159 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 9 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 120 million paid for a 24120 sq feet area in Al Hamriya.An amount of Dhs 14 million, for a 3253 sq feet area of land in Al Suq Al Kabeer, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 14 million paid for a 27235.19 sq feet area in the Emirates Hills Second district.
