The value of land transactions registered on 25-06-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 93 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 13 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 37.371432 million paid for a 46714.29 sq feet area in Al Murqabat.An amount of Dhs 13 million, for a 159800 sq feet area of land in Wadi Al Amardi, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 12 million paid for a 5876 sq feet area in the Al Hamriya district.
