Bank consortiums, led by leading local banks, are set to raise funds for Dubai's Dh30 billion 140 square kilometer Airport City coming up in Jebel Ali, top officials were quoted as saying by the Gulf News. The airport is inclined to be ready to receive its first aircraft by the first quarter of 2007.
