The Dubai Outsource Zone (DOZ) is inclined to unveil a deal with a property developer to build a multi-million dollar residential complex within the zone, which is located near Academic City. According to Khaleej Times, the development will feature 1,300 residential units, most of which will be one-bedroom apartments.
At some Dh23,000 per annum, the rentals are well below the current market price for similar properties.
