Dubai: Sanibel Tower unveiled by Emaar

After the successful launch of the first two towers at Dubai Marina's Park Island development last month, Emaar Properties Friday unveiled the third tower - the 24 storey Sanibel Tower.

 

Park Island, the peninsula shaped development consisting of four residential condominium towers, offers upscale community living in an exclusive marina environment.

 

The ultra modern one and two bedroom apartments offer state-of-the-art finishing and technology. The four towers surround a central landscaped island with cascading waterfalls and stepped water features and are strategically positioned to allow majority of the apartments have uninterrupted marina views.

 

With Sanibel Tower apartment prices starting from AED 643,000, sales will be restricted to e-registration on the Park Island dedicated website www.emaar.com/sanibel from 10:00am on Saturday 18 June until 4:00pm on Sunday 19 June 2005.

 

A random draw will take place on Monday 20 June to determine order of sales and applicants will be notified by e-mail of their numbers to attend the launch at Dubai Marina sales centre on Tuesday 21 June 2005.
