The Dubai Eye Investment Company and China Railway Company on Tuesday concluded an agreement to implement the second stage of the Za'abeel Mall project.
According to Gulf News, Abdullah Al Mulla, Director-General of the Five Stars Real Estate Company, which owns 60 per cent of the Dubai Eye, said: "The second phase consists of the construction of foundations and pillars. The compound will be built on 1.6 million square feet of which 400,000 square feet represent the built-up area."
