K M Properties has confirmed plans to launch three mixed-use towers in the recently launched Business Bay development in Dubai. Simultaneously, the company will also be developing a highrise on Shaikh Zayed Road.
The total investment outlay will be about Dh500 million, according to a top official, quoted by Gulf News.
