The value of land transactions registered on 12-04-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 59 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 13 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 15.06771 million paid for a 71751 sq feet area in Al Jafliya.An amount of Dhs 11.5 million, for a 3110 sq feet area of land in Naif, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 9 million paid for a 2425 sq feet area in the Al Baraha district.
