The Emirates Hills Second area was the most active in terms of sales, with some 2 transactions. Al Bada followed it with 1 sales.
During the period, Emirates Hills Second recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs41.78 million, followed by the Al Nahda First area, Dhs16.03 million, and Al Bada area, Dhs15 million.
The biggest area sold was the 58470 sq ft in the Al Bada area, which went for Dhs15 million. A 38372.7 sq ft plot in the Emirates Hills Second Area was acquired for Dhs24.17 million, while 29338.43 sq ft of Emirates Hills Second was disposed of for Dhs17.6 million.
